This is pretty much the same project as the Birtee, only instead of birding it up, I stitched a kind of bald-looking fish. I also cut out holes to make special fish bubbles, which means special attention needs to be paid to what's going on under the top. A solid-hued tankini is the best bet, but if you (just let me know if you want to borrow!) are feeling particularly sexy-crazy and decide to go without an official underlayer, make sure you pick a cute bra, because it's going to have a starring role.
